OSCAR NIWAGABA
About Candidate
My career began immediately after my University degree (in 2012) when I was recruited at Engoga Sites as a Website developer and Computer Tutor. For five years, I got an offer from Malaria Control Program as a District Data/M&E officer during the Mosquito Net distribution. I was in charge of household data processing while supervising data entry clerks, data verification and reconciliation/accountability using the MOH data tools. With such vast experience, my efficiency has also increased and so have my skills. I assisted my seniors and project coordinators at every stage of project execution and handled each task with utmost efficiency since 2017.
I also poses a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation at Kabale University.
