WORKING EXEPERIENCE: 3/4/2015-Present Driver to the Country Director –BRAC UGANDA Duties and responsibilities:  Ensuring safe transportation services of authorized personnel and or commodities within required speed limits while abiding to the Uganda traffic Laws and organizational regulations.  Ensuring that all passengers are treated with Superior courtesy, respect and friendliness.  Ensuring proper route planning for effective and timely service deliver  Ensuring timely, proper and secure parking for organizational vehicles always.  Ensuring that the Vehicle has proper documentation like Insurance, Logbooks.  Maintain Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing and others.  Ensure comfort ability of the car for the Users by always keeping it clean  Ensuring that the vehicle is good mechanical condition and checked using the UBEI principle while carrying out minor repairs and arranging for timely major repairs.  For major repairs I ensure that inspection during and after service is done to confirm good work before payment is done.  Ensuring workplace Health by keeping a fully equipped first aid kit and an always filled fire extinguisher  Keeping properly the rules and regulations of the company/organization and traffic regulations.  Reporting any problem encountered during the journey to management using the company rules and regulations.  Performing any other duty assigned related duties that is Office errands Achievements  I have adhered to safe and defensive driving which has enabled me to achieve a no accident record in my career.  I have always reduced my commute time by 50% through the use of technology to map routes.  I have at least reduced the vehicle maintenance cost by doing most minor repairs.  I have learnt a greatly on passenger-oriented greeting system because of the multinational passengers.  I have resolved some internal conflicts between my fellow drivers through negotiation and appropriate intervention for better team work.
