The most valued customer as an employee is the employer. This seems so strange as it may sound but it’s real!
At times we employees fail to understand that we have to treat the employer as the best customer therefore giving them the best customer service experience ever.
Sure I got you uncomfortable right? Let me break it down for you.
Companies prepare their Products and services with the view of building great 3B models focusing on the BUSINESS, BRAND and BEHAVIOR which in turn leads to a great CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Stage 1: Building the Business from the Customer viewpoint
All the employer focuses is building products or services that will serve the customer’s pain or gain thereby giving ultimate solutions
Stage 2: Building the Brand
How should We be perceived by the customer? What one thing comes to their mind once they hear our business name? These are questions the business owners ask and answer themselves, for example what comes to your mind when you hear of Coca-cola? “Refresh my World”
Stage 3: Behavior
Whose behavior here? You may be wondering.
The customers’ behavior! Once they see your product pass, when they need your product, when they can’t do without your product which in turn leads to an outstanding customer experience once they’ve understood the emotions their products or services will trigger in the mind of the customers.
NOW WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE?
Stage 1: Building your Skills, getting certificates, certifications, experiences to serve your employers heart beat

Don’t think your schooling or all you are building is invalid though some skills may be invalid before you graduate.

Stage 2: Branding Yourself
What should come to the employers mind once he sees your CV? Views your profile through Google search engine? Views your Facebook profile? Views your LinkedIn?
Let him see you as a potential solution provider to his problem(s)
Stage 3: Behavior
There are some profiles I build that gives me goosebumps then I begin to wonder how the employer will behave once he reads the profile.
His mind goes straight to “this is the person we have been searching for “.
