About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supervisor – Audit to join our Finance and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company payments and revenues strictly adhere to established financial rules, policies, and procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity, transparency, and accountability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Confirm that all payments and revenues are properly authorized, recorded, and supported by valid documentation.

• Conduct regular internal audits to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and reports to management.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls.

• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing or financial management, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, internal controls, and financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
