JOB SUMMARY
The Sales & Marketing Executive is the primary revenue driver. This role requires a “hunter” mentality to secure bulk orders, corporate hotel bookings, and supply tenders. The role balances showroom sales with aggressive field-based lead generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify corporate clients, schools, or NGOs for bulk bedding, supermarket supplies or hotel conferencing depending on the allocated business.
– Tenders & Bidding: Identify government and private sector tenders; prepare and submit professional bid documents.
– Sales Closing: Guide customers through the sales funnel—from initial inquiry to payment and delivery. Follow up on leads generated for closure.
– Promotions: Execute in-store or hotel-based activations to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
– Account Management: Manage relationships with “Bulk Order” clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
– Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related.
– Experience: 2+ years in active sales (Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality). Experience in tender preparation is a distinct advantage.
Competitive salary of UGX 1,000,000 Net
