Job Description

The Quality Assurance Officer Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) team in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes within the organization. Assists the QA Officer with various tasks related to quality audits, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
Review and analyze data from quality audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
Participate in testing activities to verify the quality, functionality, and compliance of products and processes.
Document test results, audit findings, and other relevant quality information.
Assist in developing and updating quality management systems and documentation.
Track and manage quality-related issues, defects, and deviations.
Provide support to internal teams on quality-related matters and assist in resolving quality issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry best practices and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Diploma in a related field or its equivalent (e.g., Pharmacy, Pharma technicians, Computer Science).
1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or testing environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and methodologies.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
