Main Job Functions:
Develop and execute communication strategies:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest communication trends and technologies to enhance our digital presence and increase engagement.
Manage digital channels:
- Oversee the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels that align with our brand and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to track engagement, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to create impactful digital campaigns that drive business results.
Lead digital communication projects:
- Manage all aspects of digital communication projects, including project planning, budget management, and execution.
- Ensure that all digital communication projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors or master’s in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or a Post graduate Degree or Diploma or Professional qualification in a business-related discipline is an added advantage
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications or marketing.

Demonstrated experience in managing media platforms and content creation.Â

Experience in Fintech, banking, or Mobile Money is preferredÂ

Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding of emerging markets is preferred.Â
