Your Role

 

The Insurance Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling ICEA Lion Life Assurance products, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets. Previous sales experience in insurance or financial services is an added advantage.

 

Responsibilities
  1. – Promote and sell insurance products
  2. – Build and maintain client relationships – Meet sales targets and objectives
  3. – Provide excellent customer service
    – Sales and Business Development : identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for life assurance and investment products.
  4. – Promote and sell company products in line with set sales targets.
  5. – Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  6. – Provide accurate product information and professional advice to clients.
  7. – Lead Generation and Market Expansion: Source leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  8. – Explore new markets and business opportunities.
  9. -Policy Administration Support: Assist clients in completing proposal forms and required documentation.
  10. – Follow up on policy issuance, renewals, and premium payments.
  11. – Customer Service and Retention: Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  12. – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  13. – Sales Reporting – Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  14. – Track individual performance against targets.
  15. – Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  16. – Ensure accurate and truthful representation of products.
  17. – Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Administrators,
  18. – Underwriters, and Customer Service teams.
  19. – Participate in trainings, meetings, and orientation programs.

Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
