As a growing firm, we are now seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Designer to help us shape powerful narratives across both traditional and digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support project communications, campaigns, and branding across multiple agency initiatives. The role requires translating complex ideas into engaging and accessible designs for both digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce visual assets including reports, presentations, infographics, posters, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with project teams to translate research findings and strategic insights into compelling visuals.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while adapting for diverse audiences and channels.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Work with external printers, media houses, and production vendors to prepare and deliver final artwork files.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into project work where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency, media, or development communications setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Experience designing for both digital and print outputs.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and ability to design for varied audiences.

Knowledge of branding and storytelling principles; motion graphics and video editing skills are an added advantage.
