Role Summary
The Finance and Administration Assistant will support the organization’s financial and administrative functions. This is a support and learning-oriented role, ideal for someone eager to grow in accounting, financial organization, and systems setup within a mission-driven organization. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- •Support basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
- •Assist with organizing financial records and documentation
- •Support preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial reports
- •Help set up and maintain internal financial and administrative systems
- •Assist with procurement records and general office administration
- •Support compliance with internal policies and donor requirements
- •Perform any other finance or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- •Basic background or interest in accounting, finance, or administration
- •Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Word)
- •Integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn
- •Prior NGO experience is an added advantage but not required
