Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To mobilize customer deposits, scaling up of mobile and SMS banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets and drive the scale up of mobile banking.
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
• Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
• Directly involved in Sales mobilization drives organized by the branch or head office.
• Provide daily sales activity plans and reports on on boarding and digital channel recruitment to the Branch Manager and Manager Savings Mobilization.
• Ensure that all dealings with existing and potential customers are in compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Perform any other duty that may be assigned
