Location: Uganda

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our team and play a vital role in the planning, design, supervision, and execution of key infrastructure projects. The successful candidates will oversee the construction and maintenance of roads, drainage systems, and other civil works within the factory, estate, and Outgrower areas, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise civil engineering works, including roads, drainage systems, and other structural projects.

• Oversee project implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization for optimal performance.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks on all construction activities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions.

• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project evaluation and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Membership or eligibility for membership with a recognized professional engineering body is an added advantage.

• Proven experience in infrastructure development, construction supervision, or project management.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
