Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across our client portfolio. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure that communications are clear, deadlines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on project management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a collaborative mindset, and is comfortable managing diverse stakeholder needs while delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, setting expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead project scoping and planning—defining timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of projects, coordinating internal teams (designers, marketers, analysts, writers) to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Track progress against KPIs and project milestones; prepare regular status updates and performance reports for clients.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively address roadblocks through collaboration and creative problem-solving.
  • Maintain budget oversight and manage project spend, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing client accounts.
  • Ensure all project outputs align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and agency quality standards.
  • Represent Perspective Consultancy in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or project management, preferably within a PR, marketing, or consultancy setting.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for client success.
  • Experience working with government, NGO, or mission-driven clients is a strong advantage.
