Job Description
To drive monthly portfolio growth while maintaining quality through an engaged team and excellent customer service.
Key duties/responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve set monthly sales targets.
Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales targets.
Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet set targets.
Develop and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.
Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.
Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit monthly sales and quality targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of customer service principles
At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.
Knowledge of office administration
