Inside Golden Insights: Reason For Faith

” While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
2 Cor 4:18

Real and Biblical faith is built upon the word of God. Rom 10:17 says, “So then, Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God*” The message you hear can program you for faith or doubt. The word of God is the seed for any kind of miracle. If God does not guarantee you what you are praying for, then you are bound not to have confidence. If you don’t know in certainty what God says about your situation, then you may have doubts. If you are not convinced about the faithfulness of God, no matter what he says, you will not trust it.

Faith is not a mere decision, Faith is a manufactured force. It is created through the word.” Faith comes by hearing” For your faith to be operative, find first scriptures that guarantee you the blessing you want to pray for, or else you are not standing on anything. You have to be standing on the word if ever you are to see the word working. You gonna have to declare the rights according to the constitution and bring to God his word. The LORD does honor his word, not our cries, complaints, and needs. Know what God says before you can begin praying about that thing and then stand on that word. No matter what comes your way, keep standing.

Don’t look at the physical outlook. Let God’s word give you a new picture to look at and keep your gaze on that picture, then begin to talk it. Peter walked on water, but he began to sink when he looked at the contrary winds. When he kept focusing on the word of the master to come, he did the impossible. Peter didn’t just walk on water because he saw Jesus do it. He waited for Jesus to say, “Come.”
