A desire to learn and grow is critical to human success and happiness. But don’t get sucked into learning without a purpose. Plan to apply what you learn immediately. Information is cheap. Execution is expensive. Doing is better than Hearing only.
You will be compensated not by how hard you work but by how much value and impact you’ve added to the world around you. Your value is not necessarily by how long you work but by how much value you add. To increase your value, become a more valuable person.
