**About Partners for Healthy Individuals and Communities (PHIC-Uganda) **
Partners for Healthy Individuals and Communities (PHIC) is an indigenous not-for-profit organization committed to addressing the diverse health needs of the Ugandan population.
Established in June 2022, PHIC-Uganda is founded on the principles of inclusivity and non-partisanship, Working with all individuals regardless of their religious, political, cultural, or societal affiliations. Currently focusing its efforts in the Central Region, specifically Wakiso District, with offices in Kungu, Kira Municipality,
Strategic partnerships are at the heart of PHIC-Uganda’s approach. We work through to collaborate with the Government of Uganda, public health facilities, private not-for-profit health facilities, civil society organizations, the business community, academic institutions, and religious groups to collectively advance the health agenda of Uganda.
PHIC-Uganda has six key operational areas to guide our initiatives: Capacity Building, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Disease Control and Prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Improving Nutrition, and Medical Care for Vulnerable Needy Individuals.

Mission Statement:
To provide holistic transformation for individuals and communities, focusing on capacity building, disease prevention and control, sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, addressing climate change, water, sanitation and hygiene, and providing medical care to needy individuals.
