I am qualified with a Second Upper Honors Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Industrial-chemistry from Kampala International University, Kampala (Uganda). I have 5 years’ experience in a number of areas such as deep understanding of ISO17025 and ISO 19001, Good Laboratory practices, safety policies, risk assessment, Petroleum processing, Packaging material management, Good manufacturing practices   and Quality aspects in positions of quality controller and quality assurance officers with vast computer skills in software applications at all times as you will note in my Curriculum Vitae (CV) attached hereto. I have the ability to utilize the resources given to me in the execution of my duties to maximize output and minimize wastage. I also have a high urge to learn new things .

I enrolled for a bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2015 and completed in 2018 with a second class Upper where i was able to learn all aspects of industrial manufacturing , control and testing.
I did Biology , Chemistry and Mathematics as my subject combination at A level and achieved 2 principal passes with 9 points .

Job Description Include • Preparation of standard operating procedures • monitoring of stock and stock taking. • Issuance and review of Batch Manufacturing Records. • Temperature mapping • Documentation control • carrying out in process checks at all levels of production • participating in the validation of methods and processes. • Sampling and verification of raw materials and packaging materials. • Handling of deviations, incidents, change control and investigation. • Compliance to CGMP. • Reporting of incidents, near misses • Risk assessment for process improvement • Root cause analysis and CAPA closure • Training of new personnel. • Process water Analysis • Calibration and verification of instruments • Implementation and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices, 5s for Good Housekeeping activities. • Monitoring and control of manufacturing environment. • Monitoring and issuance of report on plant hygiene • Inspection of returned goods for proper decision making • Coordination with Engineering and monitor the preparation of schedules and performance of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of all equipment and instruments • Coordination with production team to ensure production of high-quality products. • Fostering Innovations to ensure consistent improvement of processes. • Reporting of non-conformances on production shop floor
