Guide facility teams to deliver high quality HIV/AIDS care and preventive services for key populations using no discriminatory gender–sensitive models. Participate in team based clinical care of TB and HIV/AIDS patients attending supported health facilities in line with standard treatment guidelines. Offering pre-test and post-test counseling services Lead efforts in identification and linkage of new PLHIV through optimization of facility based HTC activities, implementation of partner services, and through targeted community HTC initiatives. Ensuring the prevention of mother to child transmission services (PMTCT). Helping people being infected with HIV/Aids to disclose to their loved ones or partners.

Participate in the handling of different customers’ complaints. Marketing and selling of ENCOT`s products to different clients within Uganda. Linking the clients in application for a Loan from community level to top Administrators. Through working and collaboration with the supervisors, ensure quality standards. Participate in regular field interventions with VSLA members through appropriate monitoring, evaluation and learning. Support in the identification and mobilization of community support groups in need of credit facilities.(VSLA, youth groups and the community groups) Support families access to financial services required to fulfil their children’s development needs and rights. Participate in developing weekly and monthly work plans and maintaining high standards of accountability for all credit activities.

Establish and strengthen peace focused structures, namely, peace-clubs and peer mediation program in the learning institutions; Establish community mediation program in the grass roots communities; and build a team of trained trainers who are responsible for training and supporting the peace structures; Manage the set up and implementation of conflict early warning systems in project areas and design and provide training to Conflict Monitoring and Response Teams(CMRTs)on conflict early warning, mitigation and reporting systems; Actively promote the integration of child protection/ participation and gender in conflict prevention and mitigation activities Identify build and manage collaborative relationships with key partners, local governments and other stakeholders; and maintain good working relationships with government, local leaders, partner agencies, and other key stakeholders.
