I have a bachelor’s degree in business Administration and I speak English fluently. I am currently working as an administrator/HR, local content officer with Pearl Engineering company where I do plan and coordinate various activities, I also directly supervise stores, manage suppliers, represent the company socially in the community, make arrangements for payments for all staff at site, well knowledgeable with the computer applications such as the Microsoft office packages such as outlook among others
I also manage and make all the procurement processes required on site. That is provide supplies and procure materials needed on site in time and of better-quality fit for the purpose. I engage suppliers regularly to maintain the better relationship among ourselves and also advise on the sourcing of materials needed.
I have the communication skills and the interpersonal skills to communicate with all stuff from the local to the international level. I have critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems as they arise. I am also very perceptive and I have the ability to make good decisions in a moment’s notice if necessary.

ADMINITRATOR /HR Responsibilities • Accounting for all petty cash received on site • Act as the custodian of all contracts and initiating renewal process before expiration • Prepare purchase and material requisitions needed on site • Implementing HR policies and procedures and recommending improvements as appropriate • Weekly payment preparations for all workers on site and camp to ensure payments are on time • Coordinate and supervise all the residences (camps) rented • Procure all the necessary supplies needed at site • Raise necessary credit and debit notes for approval by top management. • Source and carry out all the on-site recruitment exercises. • Handle and carryout the local content reports and developing monthly and quarterly reports. • Timely processing of documentation related to purchasing • Materials inventory management at the sites • Supervising the support staff (Drivers/Operators) • Maintain records(logbooks) of all plants, equipment & fleet • Allocation and coordination of personnel transportation means • Track the utilization and movement of site assets/location to another • Ensuring the team of Drivers and Operators are generating maximum productivity
