Work & Experience
• Work with program teams for timely data collection, data entry, analysis, surveys, and development of log-frames, indicators and general project design. Ensure Monitoring output Requirements (MOR) and Community Based Complaint Feedback Mechanism (CBCFM) data is accurate and periodically sent to donors. • Work with program teams to ensure systematic monitoring and evaluation of the project, and compilation and sharing of lessons learnt. • Maintain and update the M&E Framework for the project, bringing together tools and outlining systems. Develop new tools as required. • Track project activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts. • Conduct field visits to assess project implementation and provide feedback. • Feed into the overall project strategy, providing data and analysis as required for strategic purposes and new program design, including proposal development. • Develop or update M&E plans and ensure that routine project monitoring takes place on time and ensure the necessary monitoring tools are available. • Develop tools to facilitate near real-time analysis for each docket, promote learning, and work with the Programme Area Coordinator (PAC) to initiate timely evidence-based corrective action where required. • Work With PAC on keeping updated information for program mapping and ensure stakeholder analyses are completed from time to time. • Coordinate the continued review and feedback process using the online recommendation tracker system. • Conduct reflection meetings to review performance with stakeholders. • Coordinate, supervise and review all assessments, evaluations, and research — Initiate and work with Program Coordinators in designing and conducting programmatic surveys, assessments and evaluations. • Provide technical support and mentorship to project teams. • Ensure that all grant proposals and reporting include solid M&E components and work with the Programs team to develop appropriate results frameworks, log frames and indicators. • Train project staff on MEAL tools, systems and processes.
• Capacity building of staff at the facilities and USAID supported facilities on the PEPFAR, hybrid indicators. • Participate in coordination meeting with stakeholders to improve programming. • Support the MEAL Manager to ensure alignment of M&E activities with the project goal and contribute to the development annual work plans, identify projects targets and ensure inclusion of M&E Activities. • Planning, coordinating and participating in data collection for all USAID supported sites within the district. • Data analysis and visualization. • Participate in performance review, learning and reflection meetings. • Manage the Information System and share aggregated information with different units and stakeholders; to strengthen the utilization of the data. • Conduct monthly field monitoring for projects and share experiences for review, reflection, learning and decision making for project improvement. • Data entry, management and retrieval from Uganda EMR and cleaning in DHIS 2. • Conducting Data quality assessments and quality improvement projects. • Timely reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on PEPFAR indicators. • Supporting USAID supported sites to ensure compliance. • Fostering team work to ensure timely, accurate, complete and valid data is generated from the different registers and submitted to the respective reporting systems.
