• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan, vision, and mission. • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient use of resources, and optimal performance of departments such as HR, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
. Administrative support. Assisting with filing data entry and maintaining HR records in a computerized digital form. I was able to update all employees Bio- Data in computerized forms. . Employee engagement. Help administrator employee surveys and gather feedback for improvements, support initiatives to enhance employee morale and well – being. . Benefits Administration. Assisting in computation and calculation of wages paid to semester contract employees for instance for instance number of credit hours taught times wage rate. I also gathered the required information by UAP concerning the active employee who were saving with them since 2015 and its important a to note that some have already received their financial packages/ benefits . Develop and implement onboarding programs to help new employees acclimate to the restaurant’s culture, policies and procedures and ensuring that all employees receive proper training on food safety, customer service and other relevant areas. . Employee relations. Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, conflicts and grievances and mediate disputes and conflicts among members. . Performance Management. Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to measure employee performance and provide feedback, identify and address performance issues through coaching, counselling or disciplinary action when necessary. .
