Work & Experience
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to solve customer issues • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues • Prepare accurate and timely reports • In charge of all office premises and equipment • In charge of all petty cash operations and related financial operations including but not limited to purchases, bank deposits, internet/telephone access etc. • Attending to walking customers and attending to phone calls • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing expense schedules, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and requesting for supply requisitions • Management of all petty cash payment transactions to contractors, consultants and staff • Actively participate in sales and marketing activities of company products and services through supervision of sales agents and other related duties • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time OTHER DUTIES • Social media management • Graphics designing
