 To mobilize communities to participate in different government programs through field assessment and desk appraisals for instance Uganda Women Entrepreneurship program (UWEP), Youth livelihood program, Community Demand Driven Development Funds CDD), People with Disability Grant (PWD), Emyooga, Perish Development Model (PDM). The following are the tasks implementation in the above-mentioned programs. • Mobilization and sensitization of community members to participate and benefit in the programs • Field assessment and registration of community groups as Community based Organization (CBO) to qualify for the available grants. • Assessment, field and desk appraisal of Uganda Women Entrepreneurship, PDM, Youth livelihood Loan appraisals to confirm whether they qualify for the applied loans • Verification and submission of the loan applicant to the community Development officer for approval and funding. • Guiding the groups on how to register and apply for the grants and government soft loans especially UWEP and Perish Development model (PDM). • Handling walk-in and call-in of clients especially grant and loan applicants • Determining the starting repayment dates, the number of months and the loan repayment period for each group. • Handling loan recoveries through either field visits or phone calls. • Financial literacy and group dynamics trainings to beneficiaries before receiving funds. • Monitoring and follow-up on groups that received government funds • Provided technical support and client care services to walk-in and call-in of clients
