Enthusiastic Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) professional  eager to lead the development and implementation of MEAL system including monitoring of program quality, rolling out accountability initiatives, supporting program evaluations, leading on MEAL budgeting and staff  capacity building management with over four (4) years’ experience working in Multi sector development projects like; Health, Education, livelihoods and Nutrition, and Child protection.

• Led the development and implementation of the MEAL system and tools(Log frame, indicator performance tracker tables, MEAL plan, and quality benchmark checklists) to track project performance for Livelihood, Food security and Nutrition Projects. • Worked collaboratively with project team to monitor program quality using Standardised quality benchmarks and shared findings with project stakeholders and ensured actions are implemented to inform program decision making and learning . • Supported internal and external project evaluations e.g. Baselines, Endline evaluations for Livelihood, Nutrition and child protection projects to inform policy development and program design. • Ensured integration of ICT in Program implementation by rolling out mobile data collection applications using Kobocollect and ODK • Supported the MEAL Manager to implement learning activities such as Reflection meetings, Project performance Review Meeting, Joint monitoring visits with stakeholders, and capacity building workshops. • Promoted active involvement of Project beneficiaries including children in Project monitoring and evaluation through the implementation and management of the Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback is integrated into project evaluations. • Contributed to communications and media work through documentation of project beneficiaries’ success stories, video clips and documentaries of the GOATs Project, Karamoja Hunger intervention Project and Child Protection crisis in emergency project. • Building capacity and knowledge of project staff and partners on MEAL systems specifically Project team, Community based volunteers, Local government stakeholders strengthening organizational knowledge and effective programming. • Reviewed and updated data collection tools and reporting templates for data collection with program team to capture quality data for use in monitoring and reporting.
