Work & Experience
1. Perform safety and environmental checks around my process to ensure SLA standards are maintained. 2. Take records of machine performance and operating conditions in the logbooks. 3. Participate in problem solving through the various stages that include QFR to 5-whys and finally the ABR. 4. Perform maintenance repairs on equipment's such as 2000kva rate generators, HFO fuel boilers, screw and reciprocating refrigeration compressors, and various pumps for water and fuel supply. 5. Generate CBM reports help tell machine performance and reliability over a given period of time. 6. Carryout modulation of machine and equipment's in order to save energy. 7. Perform Autonomous Operations, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance in order to improve machine uptime. 8. Do quality checks such as measure water quantity in HFO, carryout CO2 purity checks, also test for micro in water etc. 9. Supply quality measured utilities such as electricity, water, CO2, refrigeration and compressed air in measured amounts.
1. Conduct safety and fleet planning meetings daily with drivers and mechanics. 2. Manage spares store with the help of a spare critically lists which include lead time for the goods to be supplied and use of Syspro electronic system for stock take and hence being all to manage the maintenance budgets. 3. Procure vital spare parts through a system called flow centric hence proper management of the PO’s, GRN’s and INVOICES 4. Review driver pre-inspection checklist for better maintenance planning and also follow up for any traffic violations. 5. Review motor vehicle documentations and drivers licenses so that they are up to date. 6. Monitor drivers' performance in term of speed limits, fuel consumption per km, managed to the designated location according to the route plan etc. All this being tracked with the use of a vehicle tracking systems such as FMS system. 7. Conduct weekly performance meeting in order to improve on fuel management, vehicle uptime and identify training gaps. And also, carryout problem-solving sessions through 5-why approach 8. Follow up on the maintenance schedules through an electronic system called COSWIN 9. Ensure all machines preventive (ATO) and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out so as to enhance safety, reduce on maintenance by prevent total machine failure and machine efficiency.
1. Ensure that the machine runs in its safe conditions without any dangerous alterations. 2. Perform regular inspections of the machines so that I can plan for any future spares that will be required hence improving lead time and improving machine uptime 3. Preform preventive (ATO) and corrective maintenance as per the COWSIN schedules. 4. Troubleshoot and repair machines. 5. Carryout 5-whys for the various problems and document them for future reference. 6. Track my machines uptime, maintenance cost and efficiencies and draw actions.􀀀 7.Prepare SOPs for operators and also SWI’s standard work instructions in order to improve work efficiency and prevent destruction of the equipment
