• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational goals. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce. • Provide counsel to the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee on workforce planning, organizational development, and policy formulation. • Manage payroll systems and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements such as taxes and NSSF. • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and productivity. • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and procedures. • Supervise and mentor HR and administrative teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Manage a team of internal quality auditors • Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules • Assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed. • Chairs the closing meeting and produces the audit findings to the Auditee in form of a presentation. • Check and report the audit requirements that yet to be met.
