Responsibilities: - ➢ Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at project sites. Offer technical advice regarding design, construction, modifications and structural repairs of facilities to the project team. ➢ Taking part in the allocation of roles among the subordinates of different disciplines in the site construction project. ➢ Design and plan construction projects including pipe network and earthworks plan profile and cross-sections. ➢ Develop detailed project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. ➢ Identify potential risks and develop strategies and mitigations through implementing risk management plans to address and minimize project uncertainties. ➢ Track project status throughout construction stages and associated costs to assist Project Managers for appropriate value projects. ➢ Prepare and submit project reports to senior management highlighting any key achievements or challenges. ➢ Supervise the setting-out of the plan and levels of the pipeline as per the design to ensure the allowed tolerance is adhered to. ➢ Oversea construction activities to provide technical support and guidance to project teams. ➢ Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before and during construction. ➢ Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine feasibility of proposed projects. ➢ Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards for construction projects. ➢ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress to ensure civil works are progressing according to plans and specifications and identify any issues or challenges that may arise. ➢ Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards by identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan. ➢ Perform any other duties assigned by my superior.
