Msichana Uganda is an organization that works with girls and young women to facilitate sustainable empowerment through capacity development, advocacy, and civic education. It facilitates mentorship, skilling, career guidance, and mentorship programs. ·Pad Every Girl Initiative aimed at reducing teenage pregnancy rates related to lack of access to sanitary pads. It makes reusable sanitary pads that are given to the girls to keep them in school.
