I am a social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social work and social Administration, a Diploma in social works and a certificate in social mobilization and Development under taking a Master’s Degree in Development studies at Ndejje University which gives me an added advantage in terms of possessing theoretic knowledge of taking lead in human resource and ensuring services are delivered to persons of concern with 7 years’ experience.
I have served in numerous capacities in refugee protection with specialization in Durable solutions, reception center management, general protection, community services and mobilization with skills in community mobilization, working with women, youth, children in school using the Good school Tool kit, ILET for improving learning environment- School Improvement Plan(SIP), ASER for basic literacy and numeracy, WARWICK for assessment of psychosocial wellbeing(14+) and KID KINDLE for assessment of psychosocial wellbeing (13-), GBV prevention and response as well as peace building using the SASA! Methodology for preventing Violence against women and HIV and male engagement in accountable practices (Emap) using the GBV-IMS and CP-IMS, I have also worked in leadership positions and have improved and acquired skills in the process that I believe would be necessary for better services delivery within the organization and organization development such as team building, capacity building, encouraging innovations, community mobilization, working with multi-cultural settings and the ability to coordinate well with other partners and working under Emergency.
