· Keep records of all maintenance work, occupational health and safety and asset inventory
· Manage the firefighting equipment and fire detection devices available on the premises
· Perform other related duties as assigned

• Supervise and oversee security functions in the Hotel. • Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel • Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel • Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary. • Provide security to office staff, building and properties. • Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers by ensuring all safety measures are in place • Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises. • Maintain all security devices and products to ensure they are in good working condition. • Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks. • Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.

• Swift response to irregularities seen through the CCTV, record and maintain the information. • Provide a detailed report on actions taken and outcomes. • Have a comprehensive understanding of all the functions within the Security Control Room. • Identify and undertake the appropriate action and initiate procedures that deal with emergencies as necessary (including but not limited to contacting key holders and emergency services). • Be the security emergency coordinator and ensure that all security and safety systems are functional. • Record all alarm activations and Access Control violations from the branches. Liaison with the Police, Fire brigade and key management staff in the event of an incident involving any of the Branches. • Monitor and ensure recording of CCTV images at the head office. • Prepare briefs to management from time to time of the progress on any incident during the course of the shift. • Log in the occurrence book branch requests or complains and follow up on the security updates. • If working over the weekend or a public holiday, ensure that all alarms, CCTV and Access control system failures are attended to by the service provider and any entry made in the Security Book. • Play back and retrieval of captured CCTV images in the event of violations. • Ensure minor system maintenance, retrieval and checking of efficiency of system back up for investigation purpose as and when required. • Review and check the operation/functionality of Biometric systems in the Bank. • Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy & enforcement of policies and procedures and restraining. • Prepare regular security status reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. • Support the Security Manager in supervising the outsourced Security officers and also do regular spot checks to all the bank premises/ properties. • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Ensure that all CCTV cameras and other security systems in the Bank Branch network are functional, i.e. resolution and retention period be able to play back and retrieve data. • Co-ordinate and record delivery of generator fuel into bank premises and monitor regular usage. • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment and observing for signs of crime around bank premises • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Record items coming into the bank premises and those going out of premises in liaisons with stores and other user department.
