1. Project coordination and management to ensure smooth implementation of project activity and outcomes in accordance with approved project Logical Framework, work plans and annual budgets based on assigned districts.  Coordinate with partners like Kampala City Council Authority, Rehabilitation centers like Katalemwe Cheshire Home project schools to ensure timely submission of quarterly, annual and any other reports  Actively participate in the development of project concepts, proposal and project design documents  Support Program Manager to prepare Purchase Requisitions and comply with our Finance Manual, ensure all requisitions are appropriate and align with planned and budgeted activities.  Monitor and evaluate stages of project/ program implementation to ensure activities are achieving the required outcomes; identify new approaches and strategies that would benefit the project design and implementation;  Identify and compile lessons learned, report back on learnings with project staff and other stakeholders.  Work closely with the Finance and operations team to ensure expenses are in line with LCD procedures and guidelines.  Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual financial budgets.  Provide administrative support to the field teams including field visits.  Any other roles assigned to contribute to overall goal of the program

 Participate in development of Database for the projects.  Developing M&E plan for the project Shared the performance progress report.  Conducting Needs assessment for learning of children with disabilities in Kampala.  Conducting surveys with project stakeholders and primary beneficiaries to track PMEAL (Project Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) indicators.  Conducting research studies like scoping study on the status of inclusive education in Inclusive secondary schools in Uganda

1. Designing of data collection tools for the different projects. 2.Capacity building of staff in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. 3.Taking lead in data collection, verification and reporting for the different interventions by visiting the different project sites. 4. Taking lead in designing Intergrated Management Information Systems for the organization. 5.Support in Fundraising by developing Logical Frame work matrix for projects. 6.Coordinating Evaluation studies like Midline and Endline Evaluations for the different projects. 7.Contributing to reporting by populating the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning sections for Quarterly and Annual reports. 8.Supervising data entrants in the different district project branches to ensure that quality data is collected. .
