1. Project coordination and management to ensure smooth implementation of project activity and outcomes in accordance with approved project Logical Framework, work plans and annual budgets based on assigned districts.  Coordinate with partners like Kampala City Council Authority, Rehabilitation centers like Katalemwe Cheshire Home project schools to ensure timely submission of quarterly, annual and any other reports  Actively participate in the development of project concepts, proposal and project design documents  Support Program Manager to prepare Purchase Requisitions and comply with our Finance Manual, ensure all requisitions are appropriate and align with planned and budgeted activities.  Monitor and evaluate stages of project/ program implementation to ensure activities are achieving the required outcomes; identify new approaches and strategies that would benefit the project design and implementation;  Identify and compile lessons learned, report back on learnings with project staff and other stakeholders.  Work closely with the Finance and operations team to ensure expenses are in line with LCD procedures and guidelines.  Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual financial budgets.  Provide administrative support to the field teams including field visits.  Any other roles assigned to contribute to overall goal of the program

The training was conducted by Cheshire Services Uganda in partnership with Kyambogo University and the components of the training included :Developing inclusive learning materials, inclusive classroom setting ,how teachers can deliver lessons in an inclusive setting, how to assess learners with special needs to ensure that they fully participate in the classroom setting and medical assessment of children with disabilities to participate in learning.

Child Protection and Safeguarding practioner 2019
This raining was conducted by the Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development and it targeted organizations that focus n working with children and Leonard Cheshire Disability(LCD) having won a Girls' Education Challenge project and staff there were in close contact with children benefited from the training and myself being a staff a gained skills on how to design children friendly interventions and designing tools that capture issues of child protection and safeguarding. The training also equipped me with skills of how to ensure that during data collection processes children needs are catered for like having meals during the exercise, ensuring that while collecting data no harm is caused on the children.
