I have been building and adding value to various businesses in Uganda and Lesotho since 2018 by providing online marketing services such as website development, Facebook ads, email marketing, content writing services, and Ecommerce website development. I worked as a Web Developer at The Anchor Agency where I was overseeing client and company IT solutions and infrastructure since January 2020. Key Responsibilities 1. Website maintenance on the company website and several of the company’s client’s websites. 2. Designing websites and web applications for the clients of the company and offering support, troubleshooting and analysis for these applications. 3. Providing IT support and infrastructural analysis at the Company. 4. Participating in the evaluation and decision making in the structural and human resource needs in the IT Department at the Agency.
I have been working on a contractual basis with Ideas house(U) Ltd offering remote services as their Website Administrator and associate digital manager Key Responsibilities 1. Providing website maintenance and care for their online news publication (www.ideashouse.news) 2. Offering SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) for the online news publication. 3. Providing consultancy and guidance regarding their digital platforms such as social media, Google News among others.
Key Responsibilities 1. Managing the website of the organization - updates to the website, handling customer feedback. 2. Database and Web structure maintenance. 3. Troubleshooting and solving the website vulnerabilities. 4. Participated in gathering the user needs and requirements.
Outline Underwent training and internship for two months in the IT Department, providing IT support to company employees in different departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Underwent training in different computing fields such as Programming, Network, server Installations and management. 2. Provided different IT support services in different departments of the organisation. These included configuring internet access and troubleshooting internet connectivity problems, Troubleshooting server connectivity issues and failures. 3. Reported directly to the Trainee supervisor and overall, to the IT Department Manager.
