Assuring quality control of project activities, including supporting the field teams, reviewing work deliverables, and providing value-added feedback.

As project officer, I provided technical support and guidance to the project staff and smallholder farmers in key technical aspects related to agronomy, production, and productivity i.e. Crop production and management, Agroforestry and Agro-ecology, Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), Farmer Field Schools (FFSs), Farmer groups, Optimized Land Use Model (OLUM), Soil & water conservation, Irrigation, Water Harvesting, Mushroom production and value chain development of the selected crop sectors.

The award was given to me as the best performing project manager in the country portfolio at Action against Hunger in Adjumani sub office. This was under the sustainable optimization of Agricultural production production project funded by United states Agency for international development
