Dear Mr. /Mrs.
I am experienced Driver holding a driving license of CE, D1, D & DE classes and defensive driving experience on left and right roads. The current Driver posting piqued my interest. When reviewing the Plan Int’l core values and basing on my previous assignments in other organizations, I was excited to see that my qualifications, experience, and personal traits aligns with Plan Int’l needs and mission.
I bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable to Plan International Uganda. In my driving role, I honed my abilities in safely driving small and medium cars, Diesel coaches, E-Buses and Trucks. I possess skills in basic mechanics, consignment delivery, CPR, AED and First Aid, Terrain drive, MS office applications, using phonetic language over VHF/HF radios and safeguarding pouches. My critical thinking, people-centric nature, and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent collaboration skills.
I am excited to contribute my strengths and proficiency by transportation of project staff, guests and materials, care and maintenance of Project vehicles and their accessories and general errands as instructed by the line Supervisor. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in team building and UN common security systems, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a valuable asset throughout my career.
Please review my resume for a complete collection of my work history and accomplishments. I would like to have an interview at your convenience time. I’m hoping to discuss how my personality, skills and work history fit your organization.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully
