Based at Mayuge District Health Office in Mayuge district under USAID RHITES-EC Project, my key role is to ensure that the facility registers a high level of efficiency and effectiveness measured by progress towards set targets. Working with the District Bio-statistician and medical records assistant of the facility I have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the daily activities at the facility that deliver specifically in data capture, collection and reporting in time. This is done through the following • Compiling and verifying data accuracy. • Data collection from various field using different tools like Covid-19 systems, HMIS tools. • Data Integrity by identifying and correcting errors to ensure maximum accuracy. • Inputting large volumes of data into organization’s database. • Improved qualitative and quantitative evidence-gathering. • Enabled efficient issue resolution, compiling monthly summary reports based on customer feedback and complaints data. • Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored is always maintained in proper filling and archival systems. • Ensure that the entered data are backed up regularly and the data are well protected.
• To check and handle storage of goods receive or issued. • Chemical storage and follow safety instructions, rules and procedures. • Carry out stock monitoring. • Daily physical count of materials, updating of all chemicals, fertilizers and fuel, preparing, measuring and issuing all materials as assigned. • Participate in carrying out stores daily activities. • Handle the responsibilities of planning and co-coordinating the activities of store to maintain in a neat and orderly manner. • Assigned the responsibilities of monitoring the store staff to ensure that the store services are provided in an effective manner. • Perform the tasks of checking inventory of store items and prepare budget in case of procurement of store items
• Review and check applications and supporting documents. • Code and process applications into required electronic format. • Load information onto prescribed databases. • Maintain complete activity logs and prepare reports. • Respond to requests for information and statistics. • Retrieve and present required information in various formats. • Provide guidance and information on application requirements.
