ï‚§ Technical Leadership: acted as the focal point for reproductive health (RH) and immunization services, providing technical guidance and support for maternal and child health services. Ensuring timely implementation of program activities. ï‚§ Capacity Building: Identified capacity gaps and organized targeted trainings for health workers, community health workers, Village Health Teams, local leaders, and the refugee population aimed at reduction of maternal and perinatal mortalities and morbidities. Moreso, conducted support supervision and mentorship of facility teams to bridge gaps in MCH among the technical staff. ï‚§ Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborated with kikuube district health authorities, UNHCR, and other stakeholders, and ensured effective planning and implementation of RH and EPI activities.
