In order to further develop my skills and advance my career, I completed a certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course for Quality Management Systems.

After graduating with a bachelor of civil engineering in 2019 from Ndejje University, I registerd as Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers -GM2890 and have as well engaged in additional professional trainings such as occupational health and safety with Eenersafe company limited and UIPE, climate change and disaster risk reduction with RedR UK among others.

Work & Experience
Responsible to oversee, plan and manage the project
Responsible for overseeing subcontractors' work (construction in schools and healthcare facilities)ensuring quality and conformity to specification as well as carry out crosscutting issues such as observing safety at sites.
Responsible for work management, planning and coordinating with other managers at site to ensure to ensure quality and daily progress of work.
Monitoring all works to ensure compliance with specifications and coordinating with laboratory managers and contractor QC. Orchestrating seamless coordination and effective communication between client needs and the expertise of sub-project teams. Maintaining impeccable standards in design to enhance project effectiveness.
