Strategic planning. Organize and deliver basic training to play leaders/caregivers, participate in curriculum review, review of operational work plans, budgets and manuals to ensure effective implementation. Field Operation and team management. Spearhead field based project activities, play leaders coaching and mentorship, engagement and sensitization of parents/ communities and CMC on their roles/contribution towards children learning. Play leaders/caregivers development and capacity building. Facilitate trainings, peer-peer learning session, conduct refreshers, and psycho social support. Create/develop instructional materials that are relevant and contextual. Leadership and representation. Represent the organization in settlement coordination levels meetings, sub-county levels and in every Education working Group meeting fostering strategic partnership and collaboration.

Identified, recruited and trained 25 adolescent mentors and enroll 875 adolescent girls into the different clubs formed Coached and mentored 725 adolescent girls on sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, Family planning, Financial literacy and HIV/AIDS. Jointly monitored livelihood support provided in 15 clubs with district officials and sub-county leaders. Collaboration and representation. Screened and enrolled 150 malnourished children from three subcounty into nutrition program Conducted outreaches to 150 households of malnourished children for assessment and reporting Provided livelihood and food security training to three sub-counties through appropriate Rural Technologies.
