Key Deliverables  Reviewed targeting criteria and processes to identify inclusion and exclusion errors in beneficiary selection, ensuring accurate targeting of beneficiaries and rectification of registration errors.  Verified inclusion of all Plan Malawi sponsored children in relevant food assistance districts during ongoing food distributions, addressing any omissions from the initial registration process.  Conducted structured post-distribution monitoring to ensure proper utilization of food baskets at the household level, enabling management to track project progress effectively.

Key Deliverables  Conducted market assessments as per schedule in order to inform implementation process for the Food, Cash and Voucher projects in Karamoja and Pader. Market prices of the key food commodities were always available for use as a result of the market assessments. It also further helped during the designing of the of the cash transfer and voucher project.  Conducted beneficiaries Protection Assesment in Food and Cash Aid Programming. This helped improve relationship with communities and ensured project acceptability.  Established complaints and response mechanisms in food, voucher and cash based programmes in World Vision Uganda. This led to formation forums which availed stakeholders with feedback to and from the organization.  Conducted project evaluations for two projects with in Karamoja. These enabled managements to gauge impact of the project to the target beneficiaries which let to development and implementation of new projects hence increasing the scope and impact in the community  Participated in organising a learning event for the food program in Karamoja. This process helped the project to identify best practices and lessons learnt that helped improve subsequent related projects.  Created awarenes among project staff about the Humanitarian Accountability principles. This resulted with increased staff awareness about Humanitarian accountability and improved accountability implementation..  Conducted Rapid Assesment in response to food crisis in Karamoja. The rapid assessment findings helped management to identify the most pressing needs in the community hence designing context relevant projects..  Performed analysis for data, providing both quantitative and qualitative analysis using statistical packages like SPSS and EPI – Info of which findings were summarized in tables and graphs in a way that was easy for anyone to interpret and use information to make decisions.
