I handle various tasks in the livelihood, education, health, and nutrition sectors, including project planning, designing and conducting evaluations and surveys, generating progress reports, developing and implementing MEAL system, framework and tools, ensuring quality interventions, promoting organizational learning and accountability, building staff capacity, and Grant Proposal development across Northern area programs.

I provided monthly updates on natural resource governance issues in Uganda, developed quarterly newsletters, coordinated data collection, submitted program reports, maintained the information database, built staff capacity, and supported technical aspects of proposals and concept papers.

I supported project monitoring to ensure evidence-based, results-focused interventions, and assisted in designing and implementing monitoring systems, data collection methods, and evaluations to assess performance and impact.
