·         Conducted project design review meetings with respective partner villages  and feedback as required to update project designs and budgets prior to implementation.

·         Coordinated and co-facilitated training activities, including but not limited to financial literacy and behavior, mindset change, water health and sanitation, village savings and loans associations, agriculture, livestock care and management and health outreaches.

·          I have Formulated and implemented strategies and interventions to sustainably increase household income-generation and savings among vulnerable households targeted by the project.

·          During my time at REPSSI Uganda, I prepared and submitted monthly SILC field agent data collection forms, SILC monthly narrative reports of groups covered by field agents as well as monthly work plans.

·         Supported field private service providers and field officers to mobilize small holder farmers and organizing them in order to effectively participate in supported valve chain, identifying farmers’ marketing and business capacity building needs.

·         I have Provided mentorship and coaching to Economic strengthening and social protection community structures, conduct trainings, and facilitate group interaction as part of project execution toward specific outputs and objectives.

·         In partnership with district production department we always worked together to verify goods before distribution.

·         I took proactive measures to identify risks and issues and provide solutions /mitigate measurers to ensure successful initiatives

·           I have Facilitated the integration of Household Economic Strengthening and social protection with other result areas including but not limited to increased access to health and social services for OVC, and their families.

I have mentored and built the capacity of project assistants to integrate SILC into their development activities
