Filled forms (3 copies) must be accompanied by 3 recent passport size photographs plus certified copies of relevant certificates, pass slips and transcripts to reach the Secretary District Service Commission P.O Box 1, Nabilatuk not later than June 4, 2024 from the date of this advert.
