PAX Insurance Company Limited which is fully owned by the Catholic Church in Uganda is licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority to transact general insurance business in Uganda. The Company is a corporate member of the Uganda Insurers Association and the Insurance Training College.

Brokers
We have developed and are strengthening our relationship with registered insurance brokers who place a very big part of insurance business in Uganda; Marsh, MINET, Inter- continental, Savoye, Padrepio, Neon Inc Ltd, Hillcrest Insurance Brokers and Avenue.
Agents
We have a team of trained marketing agents who solicit business and service our clients. We are ensuring that we satisfy all our clients’ requirements with the aim of retaining them and growing the business.
Capital Structure & Finance
PAX Insurance is newly established (2008) with the very strong backing of the Catholic Church aiming at becoming a major player in the insurance industry. We are sufficiently capitalized and our finances are steadily growing.

Underwriting and Claims
We have a very good technical department managed by Insurance professionals who can ably assess the risks and also ensure that relevant re-insurance is placed. In line with our philosophy” Secure peace of mind”. To ease fast claims process, we have very qualified and experienced professionals. Claims are timely and adequately paid. Our claim handling is guided by set standards which are strictly followed.
