Job Summary:
The role to develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, drive sales growth, and ensure client satisfaction. You will responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned B2B clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Present product/service offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with clients.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, including sales activities, interactions, and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, account status, and market insights to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support, product development) to ensure client satisfaction, address client needs, and drive overall business success.
Client Engagement and Support:
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and strengthen relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on product usage, features, and benefits.
