Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive revenue growth and close deals.
  • Analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry or market in which the clients operate.

Job Summary:

The role to develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, drive sales growth, and ensure client satisfaction. You will responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned B2B clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Present product/service offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with clients.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, including sales activities, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, account status, and market insights to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support, product development) to ensure client satisfaction, address client needs, and drive overall business success.

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and strengthen relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on product usage, features, and benefits.
