Your Role

 

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Teacher for our budding primary school in Mbuya, Kampala. This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead a team and shape the educational experience of young learners.

Responsibilities
– Oversee the daily operations of the primary school
– Develop and implement educational programs and curricula
– Foster a positive and inclusive school environment
– Manage staff and provide professional development opportunities

Requirements
– Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a similar leadership role in an educational institution
– Strong understanding of primary education practices and standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– A degree in Education or a related field is preferred
