Job Description

To obtain new business opportunities for savings and loans through direct selling and bank product campaigns, ensuring the customer is well informed and always advised about the bank products.

KEY ROLES AND DUTIES

1. Sales and marketing

 a) Present, market and cross sell all FINCA products for individuals, to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA’s management

b) To source for and mobilize individual loan clients and refer them to the Branch Manager for processing.

c) To participate in training customers and other customer forums.

d) To establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships

e) Perform cold-calling and door-to-door sales

f) Achieve agreed- upon sales goals on time

g) Analyze potential of territory market and keep track of sales and progress reports

2. Customer service

a) Resolve customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.

b) To ensure high accuracy in documentation while gathering loan applications and account opening forms for processing by the branch.

c) To resolve errors highlighted immediately by customers.

d) To Effectively communicate to both customers and staff

e) To Escalate any complaints not resolved

3. Company

a) Contribute to the branch business growth initiatives, both savings and credit by driving individual lending and savings products.

b) Develop initiatives to improve processing efficiencies

c) Develop initiatives to support branch cost control

Requirements
A Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Education and any Business-related discipline from a recognized institution
