• Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing relationships for both assets and liabilities for the bank. • Ensure Digitization of all Retail all retail SME Customers and growth of treasury income at the branch. • Mobilization of deposits to fund 60% SME loan Book • Responsible for the achievement for retail SME Budget for the branch. • Perform regular review of active loans and identify early signal and take collective actions line with credit policies and polices • Ensure Follow up and compliance with any post disbursement conditions, convenient retail and SME Loans

● Mobilize and sensitize customers about pride loans and other pride services/products in line with set targets ● Conduct loan appraisals in line with lending policy of Pride Microfinance MDI Limited ● Disburse approved loans according to terms and conditions spelt out in the lending policies/procedures ● Monitor and evaluate loan performance in line with disbursement terms and conditions ● Initiate recovery actions for loans in default in line with the policy guidelines and procedures
