Participates in planning, preparations and conducting of 5-pillar transport audits, preparation of corrective actions and follow up on corrective actions to successful closure.
• Offer technical assistance in the prequalification of transporters as required in the contractor management system and that transporters have good fleet maintenance and inspection programs and that dispatched trucks are in good condition.
• Design, implement a route hazard mapping program, that is updated on a regular basis and that all drivers assigned to a route have been briefed on the main route hazards.
• In alignment with business needs, participates in the selection and prequalification of potential transporters and in preparation and follow up of corrective action plans within agreed timelines.
• Manage accidents and incidents including investigation and reporting as per company guidelines and procedures, prepare reports and share key learnings with stakeholders, follow up and close out corrective and preventive actions.
• Capture, maintain, and analyse road safety data and statistics and derive actions for continuous improvement from the data.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders and make presentations as and when called upon.
• Supervise truck inspection process for effectiveness and document process findings for further analysis and derive actions for improvement.
• Conduct regular housekeeping audits and inspections at parking yards, driver welfare facilities and check points to comply with site Health and Safety Regulations
• Design, and implement road safety culture change initiatives such as campaigns, public awareness trainings etc, both within and those organized by other agencies.
• Drive a structured, consistent and documented driver training and development program.
• Implement and sustain an effective journey plan management system with written journey plans that are monitored and evaluated and closed, conduct pre and post trip engagements, GPS monitoring, check point management and compliance and that all drivers and check point marshals adhere to check point requirements. In collaboration with other employees, push and improve compliance through well conducted and documented road patrols.

• Conduct & regularly review risk assessment for all areas in the Production, construction area, transport, implement site specific control measures to minimize hazards • Monitors compliance with the Project and Company’s Occupational Health and safety policies by conducting regular inspections and internal auditing of site activities. • Develop and deliver internal training courses on health and safety topics to the site team. • Ensure that the EHS management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards requirements • Undertakes as a minimum a weekly safety inspection and prepares a report for submittal and review with the Site Manager. This report is also transmitted to the HSE Coordinator • Provide the top management with the necessary reports on the EHS management system established within the property along with recommendations for improvement • Monitor / identify relevant changes in EHS / HACCP local regulations and laws and update the internal procedures, policies and forms accordingly • Drive improvement and track goals achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS goals and measurements • Develop and deliver the Site Safety Orientation Training for all workers including Subcontractors and visitors prior to starting work or visiting the site. • Communicate hotel specific emergency management plans to address course of actions in case of an emergency • Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs) related to Environmental Health and Safety measures and HACCP and the corresponding reports • Ensure that the employees are trained on the basic EHS awareness training identified for their departmental operations. • Assist the Site Manager, Construction Manager, and Construction Supervisor in undertaking risk assessments and identifying safe systems of work to be recorded in safe work method statements. • Undertake a daily Toolbox Talk with site-assigned personnel and ensure that records are maintained of the talks and on different topics. • Develop and deliver the Site Safety Orientation Training for all workers including Subcontractors and visitors prior to starting work or visiting the site • Assist Construction Supervisors at Riham Tula site in delivering Pre-Task Briefings to the workforce on the control measures identified in risk assessments and the safe system of work to be adhered to • Highlight of any deviations to the Brewing manager, Packaging manager and Plant manager for action and stopping of the process when necessary • Improve quality, compliance and management on site and reduce reputational risks for the site Achieve VPO targets and Quality KPI and PI targets for the site • Verification of the execution of the procedures to ensure that they comply with the standards. Ensure that equipment is calibrated and is functioning as per original standard. • Provides the necessary advice to the Site Supervisors on on-site health and safety issues. • Monitor compliance with established site safety rules and make sure these are conspicuously posted. • Conduct a daily tour of the working areas and log details of the observations on the Daily Observation Register. Unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are to be reported immediately. • Report immediately to the Site Manager any serious safety breaches that place workers in life-threatening situations. • Complete the incident notification and investigations and issue the report to the Site Manager, HSE Coordinator, and HSE Manager • Audit the registers and permit systems maintained for lifting equipment, lifting accessories, excavations, confined spaces, hot works, Lock-out/Tag-out, etc. • Provide weekly input of H&S statistics and data to HSE Coordinator
Duties and responsibilities 1.Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met 2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures 3. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the production process 4. Train and supervise staff on quality assurance practices 5. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards 6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocols 7.
