About Candidate

As a dedicated social development professional with more than five years of experience, I specialize in leading and managing impactful projects in Uganda that focus on empowering youth and women in vulnerable communities. My expertise includes project planning, monitoring and evaluation, gender issues and advocacy. I have worked with a variety of organizations on programs like DREAMS and adolescent health initiatives, aligned with PEPFAR and Global Fund guidelines and Action 4 Health Uganda, aligned with BMZ (German corporation guidelines. I’m skilled in gender-sensitive programming and addressing gender-based violence in development arena.  My passion lies in creating sustainable development and positive change with a strong background in coordinating community-based efforts and providing technical guidance on human rights and gender issues.
